MGO (Methylglyoxal) is the naturally occurring compond found in Manuka honey.  MGO is the same compond tested for in UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) honey.  The higher the number of MGO or UMF the more Methyglyoxal present in the honey.
 
Methylglyoxal may help assist the body resisting infection and support general health and well being.
