Tawari Creamed honey is light and smooth with a mild butterscotch taste.  Sourced from the New Zealand Native Tawari tree, this honey captures the essence of the tall tree with white flowers, which is found exclusively in the North Island. The Tawari tree produces nectar from October to November.
